Agreement to Lease – Premises at King’s Cross, London N1C
Chapel Down Group plc has today announced that it has exchanged on an Agreement to Lease a 5,000 sqft site in King’s Cross by the Regent’s Canal where we will be opening the “Chapel Down Gin Works” an experiential bar, restaurant and ginnery. The completion of the lease is subject to receipt of the appropriate planning and licencing approvals.
