Reporting directly to Smarsh CEO Brian Cramer, Rudnitzki will lead the combined Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion and Facilities teams with a focus on providing the best environment for staff success.

Rudnitzki comes to Smarsh from Telecare Corporation, where she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Suzanne previously served as a consultant for Xerox Corp., facilitated the international intrapreneurial leadership training for Procter & Gamble, and developed training curriculum and provided consulting for Nissan, General Motors, Herman Miller and Magna Corporation. She has been a keynote speaker for the Hospital Purchasing Services, High Point National Furniture Mart, and The Color Marketing Council. She is also the author of Not So Basic New Hire Orientation.
