LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Shamrock Capital, a Los Angeles-based investment firm focused on the media, entertainment and communications sector, today announced the completion of the sale of Questex Intermediate Holdings, Inc. (“Questex”) to an entity affiliated with MidOcean Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
