Galvez is based out of Red River’s Sacramento office and is responsible for expanding the company’s consulting and services business with public sector and commercial organizations.

Galvez brings more than 30 years of experience in the technology sector, with a focus on helping government agencies integrate and optimize their technology investments to deliver better citizen services and engagement. Most recently, Galvez served as the public sector Regional Sales Director for Applications Software Technology (AST). Previously, he served in various roles at Vlocity, Salesforce, and Eskel Porter Consulting, a Sacramento IT consulting firm.
