Additionally, the survey highlighted the company’s inclusive workplace. Out of Elevate’s more than 650 employees, 44% are minorities – well above industry norms. Elevate employees completed 388 surveys, resulting in a 90 percent confidence level and a margin of error of ± 1.93.
