The new members bring additional, expert industry knowledge, skills, and depth to the Dragos team and are responsible for the leadership and continued growth of the sales team, developing new business opportunities, and creating customized solutions for Dragos’ customer needs.

Sam Van Ryder joins the Dragos team as Vice President of Sales. With roots in mechanical engineering, Sam has more than 20 years of experience in sales, including 10 years focused on industrial control systems (ICS) security specifically. Most recently, he led the energy team for Tripwire, where he worked to build a non-intrusive and highly-robust security option in operational environments (OT) for energy verticals impacted by NERC CIP. Previously, he was a major account director for large energy accounts at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Security Products. Sam is the co-founder of HOU.SEC.CON and is a board member of the country’s largest InfraGard chapter in Houston.
Jori VanAntwerp joins Dragos as Director of Solution Architects. Jori has more than 18 years of security experience with an extensive background in client-facing roles ranging from architecture and response to consulting, business development, and sales. His most recent position was with CrowdStrike, where he built and launched the Global Systems Integrator & Consulting Alliances programs. Previously, he built and led a diverse global team of solution architects at FireEye who supported strategic partners and engagements.
Dan Scali joins Dragos as Director of Channels. Previously, Dan built and led the ICS cybersecurity consulting practice at Mandiant, a division of FireEye, where he conducted ICS-focused cybersecurity assessments and incident response activities for critical infrastructure globally. Prior to Mandiant, Dan led the Product Security program at GE Intelligent Platforms, a supplier of industrial control and process automation technology.
