Alfresco Hires Customer Success Officer Heather Guntrum to Lead Next Wave of Customer Success

Strategic leader from SDL and Teradata brings solid history of successful management and growth

SAN MATEO, Calif.--()--Alfresco Software, a leading enterprise open source provider of process automation, content management, and information governance software, today announced that Heather Guntrum has joined the company as Customer Success Officer. Guntrum will own the post-sale experience for all customers, enabling their competitive advantage and success using Alfresco solutions. She will join Alfresco’s executive team and report directly to CEO Bernadette Nixon.

Over her career, Guntrum has held positions that complement Alfresco’s corporate goals, including strategy and execution for customer experience management, channel program growth, global technical support, and post-sale services delivery. Since 2008, she has been driving customer success globally across a complex portfolio of enterprise software solutions.

Prior to joining Alfresco, Guntrum served as both vice president of customer success and vice president of global partnerships at SDL, where she created new customer success practices and expanded operations into emerging APAC markets. Earlier in her career as vice president of customer experience at Teradata and vice president of customer services at Aprimo, where she evolved processes, teams and premium services offerings to improve the customer journey and overall customer value. Guntrum also served as a key strategic leader in various acquisitions and mergers.
