(the “Company”, “FSP”, “we” or “our”) (NYSE American: FSP), a real estate investment trust (REIT), announced that it has finalized a lease renewal with T-Mobile South LLC, d/b/a T-Mobile (“T-Mobile”) at One Ravinia Drive in Atlanta, Georgia.
The lease renewal with T-Mobile extends the approximately 151,792 square foot tenancy through August 2025. T-Mobile has been a tenant at One Ravinia Drive since 2007.
