Zenabis Secures Third Provincial Supply Agreement with
British Columbia Liquor Distribution Branch

ATHOLVILLE, New Brunswick--()--Zenabis Ltd. (“Zenabis” or “the Company”), a New Brunswick-based licensed producer of cannabis, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with the British Columbia Liquor Distribution Branch to supply cannabis to the British Columbia recreational market. The agreement strengthens the Company’s standing as one of Canada’s major cannabis suppliers.

“Our vision is to become a national supplier of high-quality cannabis products and to serve the needs of each province as we ramp up production,” says Kevin Coft, CEO of Zenabis. Over the next few months, Zenabis will be entering additional negotiations with other provinces.

With the British Columbia agreement in place, the Company will be hiring additional workers at its Atholville, New Brunswick facility. According to Coft, an additional 60 jobs will be posted over the next few weeks, effectively doubling the Company’s New Brunswick workforce.

“The BC agreement, together with our commitments to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, is great news for the workforce and the community in Atholville,” says Coft. “We made a commitment to the Government of New Brunswick to increase the size of our operations as we entered into new agreements, and we are pleased to have delivered.”

More than 50 different varieties of cannabis products will be available to customers in each province. “The breadth and scope of our product line means that we will appeal to customers seeking both recreational and/or medical cannabis,” says Coft.

Legalization of recreational cannabis in Canada is effective October 17, 2018 and Zenabis products will be available in retail outlets throughout British Columbia, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia at that time.
