ESO Names Robert Munden as General Counsel

Legal technology-industry veteran brings extensive hands-on experience with governance, compliance, intellectual property and mergers & acquisitions

Munden brings more than 20 years of legal leadership experience. Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Harte Hanks, Inc., where he was responsible for legal, governance and risk matters, including mergers, acquisitions, commercial partnerships, privacy and regulatory compliance. Prior to Harte Hanks, Munden held legal leadership positions at Safeguard Scientifics, Taylor Nelson Sofres, and Naviant, Inc., after beginning his career at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. He holds a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and a B.S. in Political Science (International Relations) from the United States Military Academy.
