(NASDAQ: TLRY), a vertically-integrated and federally-licensed cannabis cultivator, processor and distributor, today announced the closing of its initial public offering (IPO) of 10,350,000 shares of Class 2 common stock, including the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase 1,350,000 additional shares of Class 2 common stock, at US$17.00 per share (CAD$ $22.451 per share). Tilray’s Class 2 common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the trading symbol "TLRY" on Thursday, July 19, 2018.

Cowen was the sole book-running manager for the IPO in the United States, and BMO Capital Markets acted as the sole book-running manager for the IPO in Canada.
