Exercise of Director’s Share Options & Issue of Bonus Shares

Metal Tiger (LON: MTR), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed investor in strategic natural resources is pleased to announce that it has today received completed signed exercises of options for 3,000,000 options at a price of 3p from Charles Hall, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, for a value of £90,000, and for 3,330,000 options at a price of 2p from Terry Grammer, Non-Executive Director of the Company, for a value of £66,600.

Additionally, 267,466 bonus shares have been awarded to a former Director, under the terms of his employment contract, and 1,927,710 bonus shares have been awarded to two employees of the Company’s subsidiary in Thailand. All have been approved for issue.

The total of 8,525,176 new ordinary shares from these issues are expected to be admitted to trading on or around 26 July 2018.

Following the issue, Mr Hall will have a beneficial interest in 35,394,699 ordinary shares representing circa 3.13% of the issued share capital of the Company, and Mr Grammer will have a beneficial interest in 71,480,667 ordinary shares representing circa 6.32% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares in issue in the Company will increase to 1,130,956,614. For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the issued ordinary share capital of Metal Tiger following this allotment consists of 1,130,956,614 ordinary shares with voting rights attached (one vote per share). There are no shares held in treasury. This total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Metal Tiger under the DTRs.
