Glossier is a direct-to-consumer beauty brand that is experiencing rapid growth and, as a result, has seen a rising volume of customers. Glossier selected Signal Sciences because the company needed a way to protect its website and consumer data from application attacks and account takeovers that didn’t require a lot of effort to setup and maintain. Glossier’s engineering team was looking to find a security solution that would help them understand what’s going on in real time.
Operating as a true CI/CD organization, shipping code to production multiple times per day, and a growing ecommerce site, Glossier needed greater visibility into site traffic patterns including attacks and anomalies that were occurring.
