NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JetBlue (NASDAQ: JBLU) today announced that its new and expanded Mexico City service, with daily nonstop flights between the Mexican capital and both New York City and Boston, is now out for sale. Service between New York’s John F.
