LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Camping World Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CWH) (“Camping World” or the “Company”), the nation’s largest network of RV-centric retail locations, today announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Russ Dean RV located in Pasco, Washington.

Camping World recently announced the planned expansion of its RV sales locations by more than 30% through the launch of Gander RV Sales, new store openings and continued acquisitions. The acquisition of Russ Dean RV is in line with the Company’s future growth plans.
Camping World currently operates three Washington locations in Burlington, Spokane and Fife, with services ranging from RV sales, service and retail accessories. With the acquisition of Russ Dean RV, the company will increase its Washington presence to four stores.
