CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Construction materials supplier LafargeHolcim has announced the acquisition of Tarrant Concrete Company, a leading ready-mixed concrete manufacturer in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. According to Dodge Data and Analytics, only New York City had more building activity than DFW in 2017, making DFW one of the largest ready-mix concrete markets in the nation.

Since 1968, Tarrant Concrete has successfully operated in the area, serving customers through three ready-mix plants at two locations in southwest Fort Worth.
