- CM - A new Chamber Matching (CM) application that conducts time based, chamber analysis, and is capable of comparing an unlimited number of wafer chambers simultaneously to identify the best performing chamber or golden chamber.
- HMP - A new equipment Health Monitoring and Prediction (HMP) solution that lets manufacturers predict equipment failures before they occur and identifies the remaining useful life (RUL) of machines.
