Reliant Bancorp, Inc. Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend by 33% to $0.08 Per Share

BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--()--Reliant Bancorp, Inc. (“Reliant Bancorp”) (Nasdaq: RBNC), the parent company for Reliant Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per share. The $0.08 per share dividend is payable on July 20, 2018, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 10, 2018.

“We are pleased to announce that our Board of Directors approved a 33% increase in our cash dividend per share compared with the same quarterly dividend paid last year,” stated DeVan D.
