(“Reliant Bancorp”) (Nasdaq: RBNC), the parent company for Reliant Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per share. The $0.08 per share dividend is payable on July 20, 2018, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 10, 2018.
