ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Argan, Inc. (NYSE: AGX) announced that on June 21, 2018, its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.25 per share of common stock, payable July 31, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 24, 2018.
