The Washington Post Names Intact Technology, Inc. a Top Washington-Area Workplace

RESTON, Va.--()--Intact Technology, Inc., an IT Operations Management Consulting company, has been named, for the third year in a row, one of The Washington Post’s 2018 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area. In its fifth annual survey, the Washington Post’s Top Workplaces list spotlights private, public, nonprofit and government agencies with the highest ratings from their employees.

“Overwhelmingly, employees of the companies honored on The Post’s Top Workplaces list not only value their workplace’s culture, but they also feel confident in the direction that their companies are going,” said Washington Post Top Workplaces editor Dion Haynes. “The standouts on this list excel because they focus on engaging their greatest asset: their people.”

This award recognizes Intact’s commitment not only to its employees and corporate culture, but to its customers.

“It’s an honor to be recognized by our team three years in a row. It underscores our commitment to delivering extraordinarily successful results for our customers. In our services business, that requires a strong focus in making sure our employees connect and deliver according to that mission. This challenges us to continuously improve our employees’ experience,” said Jesse White, President. “I am proud to say that we have intelligent, innovative and passionate employees who not only believe in our mission, but work relentlessly to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.”

Selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
