CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bell Leadership Institute, a recognized leader in leadership training and executive development, is now accepting applications for the 26th year of The Leader’s Roundtable. The Leader’s Roundtable is an executive peer council for C-suite and senior leaders, personally designed by Dr. Gerald D. Bell. The Leader’s Roundtable is conducted in six two-day sessions that span the course of the calendar year at The Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, NC.
The Leader’s Roundtable is recommended to executives from the top three levels of an organization, who have broad management experience and leadership responsibility for multiple employees. Achievers™ is a prerequisite for participation, and members explore and apply key concepts from several other Bell Leadership Mastery Series™ programs, such as Advanced Communication, The Leader’s Job, Change Leadership and Selecting Achievers. One of the unique aspects of this year-long development program is that it is a small, exclusive group of leaders from diverse industries. This allows for sharing of ideas, questions and perspectives in a confidential setting with peers who can provide valuable insight and feedback. Bell Leadership trainers and coaches provide support, drawing on years of experience with highly-successful leaders.
