Arch Capital Group Ltd. Announces Approval of Three-for-One Share Split

HAMILTON, Bermuda--()--Arch Capital Group Ltd. [NASDAQ: ACGL] previously announced in a report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on May 15, 2018, that its shareholders approved an amendment to the Company’s Memorandum of Association to effect a three-for-one split of the Company’s common shares. Holders of common shares as of the close of business on June 18, 2018 (the record date) will receive two additional common shares for each common share owned. Shareholders’ accounts will be credited with the additional shares on or about June 20, 2018. On or about June 21, 2018, the Company expects its common shares will begin trading at the split-adjusted price.

Upon completion of the share split, the Company will have approximately 406,000,000 common shares outstanding.
