Oklahoma Heritage Bank sought a content management solution that would allow it to transition away from a less efficient internal network comprised of shared folders and documents. The bank selected Banc Intranets’ employee intranet due to its ability to simplify communications between each of its local branches and to improve how employees access and utilize bank resources. The bank also selected Banc Intranets’ board portal to create a single, centralized platform for voting, annotating board packets, communications and notifications. The board management software will, in addition, allow Oklahoma Heritage to reduce its use of paper in creating and printing board packets for directors by hosting board materials through Banc Intranets’ secure iPad™ mobile app.
