FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Postal Center International (PCI), the leading print, mail and marketing solutions provider, today announced it has signed a multi-year lease agreement for its new corporate headquarters facility, located at the Weston Business Center, 2965 West Corporate Lakes Boulevard. Representatives for Cushman & Wakefield, headed up by the South Florida Industrial team, negotiated the lease on behalf of PCI and CBRE represented the landlord, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA). Build-out of the building’s interior will commence within six to eight months and a tentative move-in date is scheduled for early Summer 2019.
The new headquarters will be approximately 225,000 square feet in size and will be a single occupancy building with PCI and its family of brands, including Original Impressions (OI) as the only tenant. The lease marks a significant expansion for PCI, growing ±100,000 square feet from its current footprint of ±121,000 square feet in Dade and Broward Counties.

The Weston Business Center is a Class A warehouse and distribution facility developed between 1999 and 2000. The climate-controlled building offers ±30,000 square feet of office space, 30-foot clear heights, 32 dock-high doors, two oversized drive-in ramps, 296 parking spaces, a full state-of-the-art back-up generator, a fenced and secured loading area and an ESFR (Early Suppression, Fast Response) fire safety system.
