WESTLAKE, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TravelCenters of America LLC (Nasdaq: TA) today announced the results of its 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which was held earlier today, as follows.
Barbara D. Gilmore was re-elected as an Independent Director in Group II.
Adam M. Portnoy was re-elected as a Managing Director in Group II.
Shareholders approved a non-binding advisory resolution to approve the compensation paid to the Company’s named executive officers.
Shareholders approved a non-binding advisory resolution approving the frequency with which shareholders wish to have a non-binding advisory vote on the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers.
Shareholders approved an amendment to the 2016 equity compensation to increase by 2,000,000 the total of Common Shares available for grant under the plan.
Shareholders ratified the appointment of RSM US LLP as TA’s independent registered public accounting firm to serve for the 2018 fiscal year.
