Patients Get 4 Years of Medicare Health Records on Phone Using One Touch Health App

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--()--Health Endeavors’ One Touch Health Apple and Google App was approved by Medicare for patient use in April, 2018. One Touch Health App is necessary for Medicare patients to sync 4 years of health records on their smartphones or other mobile devices. The data includes all inpatient, outpatient, and prescription drug records for the past 4 years with weekly updates. After syncing their health records on the One Touch Health App, the patient may share their health records with a family member or a new doctor.

“Our focus is to achieve 100% interoperability with the patient at the center of getting and sharing their health records. The intent of our website Get Your Health Record, YouTube Channel and Amazon book is to teach the consumer, hospitals and health care providers how to achieve total interoperability,” said Kris Gates, CEO, Health Endeavors.

Health Endeavors is hosting local breakfast events in highly-populated Medicare beneficiary communities to assist beneficiaries in syncing their health records to the One Touch Health App. Consumers are impressed that the enrollment and health record sync completes in a matter of minutes.

The One Touch Health App has been used by Medicare ACO patients since 2017. Since 2015, Health Endeavors has been moving into the at-risk commercial payer population health market.

At HIMSS in March 2018, Health Endeavors’ launched its Direct Message Health Record Exchange for any consumer that wants their electronic health records on their phone. The technology uses a direct message address (like email except secure and encrypted) to exchange health records between doctor and consumer.

Health Endeavors’ Patient-Centered Health Forum will be held November 2, 2018 in Scottsdale Arizona. Major topics at the forum will be assisting health care providers with total interoperability, improving quality measure completion rates and data-driven intelligent care management.
