Eric Slusser Named Chief Financial Officer of GLC/NHHC/JHC Merger

Great Lakes Caring, National Home Health Care, and Jordan Health Services Have Combined to Become One of the Nation’s Largest Home-Based Care Providers

NEW YORK--()--Today Great Lakes Caring, National Home Health Care, and Jordan Health Services, now a combined company and one of the nation’s largest home-based care providers, announced Eric Slusser has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Mr. Slusser, who is also an investor in the Company, will oversee all financial operations to ensure a seamless financial integration of the businesses, and partner with the CEO to poise the Company for future robust growth opportunities.

Mr. Slusser brings decades of executive healthcare financial management experience to the role. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Express Scripts, the country’s largest pharmacy benefit manager, where he oversaw all financial activity as well as partnered with senior management to develop and lead the company’s strategic direction. Prior to Express Scripts, Mr. Slusser was Chief Financial Officer at Gentiva Health Services, Inc., a publicly traded home care company. Mr. Slusser also served in executive roles at Centene Corporation and Cardinal Health, Inc. A certified public accountant, Mr. Slusser holds an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri and a B.A. from Washburn University.
