The J.D. Power Award is given to the Michigan health plan that ranks first overall in J.D. Power’s 2018 Commercial Member Health Plan study. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan achieved the highest score on four of the study’s six factors – cost, coverage and benefits, claims processing and provider choice.
