Todd brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm along with him. Prior to joining Blue Water, Mr. Coen was vice president at Dynamics Research, before moving on to become founding member and vice president of the DC office of Huge. Most recently, Todd was the president and CEO of the consultancy, RedShell.
At Blue Water, Todd will be focused on meaningful growth, operations, and playing an active role in strategic development for Blue Water clients such as Audi of America, L3 Technology, Amtrak, and Johns Hopkins.
