Sunspire Health Recovery Road Appoints Dr. Cynthia Hollingsworth as Clinical Director

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--()--Sunspire Health Recovery Road, a community-based addiction treatment center for men within Sunspire Health’s nationwide network of facilities offering personalized treatment and addiction recovery services, announced the appointment of Cynthia Hollingsworth, LCSW, DHSc, as Clinical Director. In this role, Dr. Hollingsworth will oversee clinical programming, including the wide variety of evidence-based treatment options available to patients at Sunspire Health Recovery Road.

Dr. Hollingsworth will further bolster the expertise of the Sunspire Health Recovery Road team of medical and behavioral health professionals who are working to meet patients and families at their point of need and provide the appropriate tools and resources to enable long-term recovery and support. She brings with her more than 15 years of clinical experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment, also specializing in trauma, dual diagnosis or co-occurring mental health disorders, and family relationships. In addition to her time treating patients as a psychotherapist, Dr. Hollingsworth has held a variety of roles in social work, helping patients and families navigate, manage and gain access to important healthcare services based on their individual behavioral health needs.

Dr. Hollingsworth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Doctor of Health Science degree from Nova Southeastern University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Barry University.
