HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Northern Trust (Nasdaq: NTRS) announced today that Jeffrey Early is retiring as Wealth Management President of Texas, with Colter Lewis being tapped to oversee Northern Trust’s Texas markets going forward.
“A prominent figure across the Texas market, Jeff has made an invaluable contribution to expanding our client base, product capabilities and legacy in the region,” said Steven Bell, President of the West Region at Northern Trust. “I express my sincere appreciation for his remarkable contributions and dedicated service.
“We are delighted to welcome Colter into an expanded role in Texas,” Bell continued. “His vision, creativity and regional experience will attract global, sophisticated investors to Northern Trust Wealth Management, building on the state-wide success that the team has established and continues to garner.”

Early’s involvement in Texas extends beyond his roles at Northern Trust to a range of community organizations. His current board membership includes The University of Texas Medical School, Boy Scouts of America, Coronado Club and the Salvation Army.
