The Forrester report studied eight of the most significant agencies to assess the state of the customer database and engagement agency market. Agencies were evaluated for their strengths and weaknesses across 32 criteria. The evaluation focused on current offering, strategy, and market presence.
Merkle received the highest possible scores in the martech integration, client engagement, market approach, and innovation road map criteria.
