WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American Lending Center (ALC), a leading EB-5 regional center and subsidiary of Regional Centers Holding Group, will participate in and sponsor Invest in the USA (IIUSA)’s 2018 EB-5 Advocacy Conference and its inaugural Industry Achievement Banquet. This year’s conference by IIUSA, the foremost trade association for EB-5 centers, will focus on promoting new business development, program advocacy, and industry success stories.
ALC, a recognized pioneer in EB-5 lending, will be honored as a nominee for multiple awards, including Public-Private Partnership of the Year, New Market Champion, Media Coverage of the Year, and Community Impact of the Year. These recognitions highlight ALC’s role in pushing forward the EB-5 industry through innovative projects like the Eritage vineyard and hotel in Walla Walla, WA. This unique program will even provide the wine for IIUSA’s banquet, a first in the industry.
“Our company is excited to partner with IIUSA’s Advocacy Conference, the leading development and networking event of the year, and to showcase groundbreaking projects like Eritage that represent the future of investing in our industry,” stated ALC President Bruce Thompson, nominated for EB-5 Advocate of the Year.
ALC leadership will also participate in the conference as featured speakers and panelists. CEO John Shen, nominated for the individual Industry Game Changer award, will lead a session on strategies for project financing in the current marketplace on Tuesday, April 24. ALC Vice President and Finance Counsel Justin Blackhall will speak on compliance in EB-5 marketing on Monday, April 23.
ALC received a record-breaking nine EB-5 project approvals in nine different cities for 30 newly approved investors in March of 2018 alone.
