Blaise Group is a leading retained human capital search and strategic services firm exclusively servicing life science organizations on a global basis. In connection with the agreement, Antibe has granted Blaise Group 151,515 options to purchase common shares of the Company that will vest upon the success of Antibe’s recruitment objective. Each option has an exercise price of $0.495, being today’s closing price of the Company’s shares, and will expire April 11, 2021.
