ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ceto and Associates, a national consulting firm providing consulting services to the financial industry, has promoted Steve Sharp, Michael Emmons, and John Mateker to vice presidents.
Sharp and Emmons will be responsible for managing all business development in North America for Ceto and Associates. Sharp will be leading large market business development. Emmons will be directing the business development representatives on successfully building new relationships with banks and credit unions. Sharp and Emmons’ focus will be assisting clients in choosing solutions to help them achieve their operational and profitability objectives. As vice presidents, they will continue to support the firm’s business plan, to generate new client relationships and educate institutions about the firm’s consulting solutions, including: Market View, Clear Point and Vendor Link.
Mateker will be responsible for the overall management of Clear Point, which is one of the firm’s business intelligence solutions and operational effectiveness program. He will manage all Clear Point engagements from end to end, including measuring performance, benchmarking, presenting findings, providing ongoing advice and support for clients for them to reach their optimal operational efficiency goals.

Sharp joined Ceto and Associates as a consultant where he excelled at developing business in his territory. His leadership skills will assist his business development team in connecting with and helping institutions stay competitive in today’s tough banking environment while maximizing their profitability.
