FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Interior Image Group (IIG), an interior design firm specializing in hospitality design, has expanded its design services in Florida. The South Florida location has a new office west of Ft. Lauderdale in Cooper City, and has expanded its staff. Focused on custom projects, this office boasts designers with deep industry experience.
“IIG opened a Florida office to tap into the large hospitality market in the Southeast, particularly Central and South Florida,” said Patti Tritschler, president of IIG. “We’re thrilled to have such fabulous designers working in this office. I’m confident they will continue to wow our clients in the Southeast with their industry expertise and unforgettable designs.”
The Florida studio’s work consists of custom, full-service and boutique projects. As the studio’s clientele continues to expand, designers are seeking out projects with a similar artistic bent throughout Florida.
“Our Florida office is perfectly poised to serve clients with full-service, boutique and resort projects,” said Leslie Schultz, IIG’s vice president of design and head of the Florida studio. “We specialize in truly capturing the stories behind every property we work with and beautifully design the property around that storytelling. Working in an open, collaborative studio environment where ideas flow, we are always thinking of creative ways to tell a story through our designs and incorporate moments that guest will always remember.”
As VP of Design, Schultz, an interior design graduate of University of Florida with more than 12 years of design and project management experience in hospitality design, spearheads design efforts for IIG and leads the team in Florida. She works with a strong team of designers who collectively bring many years of experience to their projects. Senior Designer Jamie Malys joined Schultz in 2017 and brings more than a decade of experience designing hotels all over the world and knowledge of most major hotel brands.
“As we are creating a design, we picture how a person will experience the space and the emotional response the space will evoke,” Schultz said. “We want to engage all the senses. That’s what drives us. We’re always evolving, always finding new ways to craft our clients’ stories.”
IIG’s south Florida office is located at 10640 Griffin Road, Unit C-104 Cooper City, FL 33328. Visit iigdesign.com to learn more or schedule a consultation.
