TechCanary Scores Big in Aviva Canada’s Broker Insurance Tech Awards

TechCanary platform earns highest score in five categories – more than any other competitor offering

In early March, Aviva Canada hosted the Broker Insurance Tech Awards at its Digital Garage in Toronto where five broker management system vendors presented a total of six platforms.* The platforms were scored in 11 categories by a panel of judges from IBAC, IBAM, IBAA, IBAO, IBANS, the Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) and Aviva. The TechCanary platform was presented jointly by leadership from TechCanary’s professional services subsidiary CanaryServices and Salesforce.

Earning the top score in five categories, the TechCanary platform excelled with the next closest platform taking just three categories. Categories where TechCanary ranked highest include:

  • Technical capabilities
  • Sales, marketing and customer relationship management
  • Reporting, analytics and business intelligence
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Maintenance support
