Graham is an accomplished business man serving as chairman and CEO of S. Graham & Associates. Known worldwide for his trademarked work in Identity Development, his leadership programs are driven by a Nine-Step Success Process™ and based on the philosophy that individuals hold the power to their success. A highly-regarded author, Graham has penned 11 books, including two New York Times Best Sellers and a Wall Street Journal Best Seller. He is currently working on a new book, Identity Leadership.

Actively involved in education, Graham is a former adjunct professor at the University of Illinois-Chicago and at Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He also founded and directed George Washington University’s Forum for Sport and Event Management and Marketing, the first of its kind in the country. Graham is a current adjunct professor for several universities around the country.

Graham is passionate about helping kids at risk of being left behind educationally and economically, which led him to co-found several nonprofit organizations dedicated to building stronger communities and supporting the leaders of tomorrow.

The imposing 6-foot-6 Graham played basketball professionally in the European League. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Army. Graham earned his bachelor’s degree in social work from Hardin-Simmons University, a master’s degree in education from Ball State University, and an honorary doctorate in humanities from Coker College.

Julius “Dr. J” Winfield Erving II helped to modernize basketball with his graceful leaps and acrobatic dunks, making basketball more exciting and therefore, more popular. He won three championships, four MVP awards in the ABA and NBA, three scoring titles with the ABA and NBA, was a 16-time All Star and retired as the third highest scorer in pro basketball history with 30,026 career points.
