Alzheon is offering 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at an initial public offering price between $13.00 and $15.00 per share. Alzheon expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions, to cover over-allotments. The shares are expected to trade on The Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “ALZH.”
