Joseph Iacono has more than thirty years of experience in the commercial real estate debt capital markets and structured finance industries, ranging from direct origination and securitization to distressed debt acquisitions and loan workouts. Over the course of his professional career he has created and built multiple commercial real estate debt businesses and directed commercial real estate investments through multiple economic cycles at institutions ranging from commercial and investment banks to private equity firms.
Nik Chillar, co-founder, will serve as Crescit Capital Strategies’ Head of Banking. In this role, Nik Chillar will provide innovative financing solutions for clients and build upon nationwide relationships with borrowers, mortgage brokers and other strategic partners. He brings a unique combination of twenty years of experience in commercial real estate loan origination, underwriting, securitization and trading.
Kim Diamond will serve as Crescit Capital Strategies’ Head of Structuring & Credit. Kim Diamond brings thirty years of experience and knowledge in the commercial real estate structured finance and debt capital markets industries. She uniquely positions the firm to thoroughly analyze investment credit risk and prudently utilize capital market tools to enhance Crescit Capital Strategies’ return while mitigating risk.
Edmund Taylor rounds out the executive team as Chief Operating Officer. He joins Crescit Capital Strategies with over thirty years of senior COO experience in the financial services industry, including extensive work in the commercial real estate and structured finance markets. His experience in running large complex businesses through economic cycles positions the firm to have best-in-class business operations and controls through all business environments.
