BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Waypoint Residential, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm focused on the U.S. rental housing sector, has expanded its senior team with the recent appointments of Doug Wolski as Managing Director of Portfolio Management, James Driscoll as Senior Vice President of Development and Gina Lujan as Vice President of Talent.

Doug Wolski, Managing Director of Portfolio Management, will oversee Waypoint Residential’s portfolio, property dispositions and valuations. An industry veteran with more than 26 years of experience, Mr. Wolski was most recently a Director at Clarion Partners. He previously held positions as Vice President of Asset Management for the U.S. Residential Group at AIG Global Real Estate and Prudential Real Estate Investors. He holds a B.A. from Rutgers University and will be based in Waypoint’s Stamford office.
James Driscoll, Senior Vice President of Development, will lead the company’s development efforts in the Northeast, including land acquisition, construction and lease-up of new properties, as well as supporting teams in other geographic regions. Mr. Driscoll brings more than 25 years of experience leading the planning and development of residential and mixed-use properties across the country. Based in the company’s Stamford office, he joins Waypoint from LCOR, where he was a Senior Vice President of Development. Previously, he held senior positions as at M/I Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes and Archstone. Mr. Driscoll holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Maryland and is a member of Urban Land Institute and National Association of Homebuilders.
As Vice President of Waypoint’s Talent Division, Gina Lujan will advance Waypoint’s employee development strategy through strategic recruiting and performance management. Ms. Lujan brings more than twelve years of experience to her new role, including serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Jones Lang LaSalle and Director of Human Resources for Tishman Speyer. She attended Brooklyn College and is based in Waypoint’s Atlanta office. Ms. Lujan is an accredited Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance.
