NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--M. Holland Company, a leading distributor of thermoplastic resin, announces the promotion of Tracy Coifman to Business Development Manager, Latin America. Coifman’s promotion complements the company’s Latin American expansion strategy and commitment to meeting the needs of its suppliers and clients in the region.
In his role as Business Development Manager, Latin America, Coifman will work directly with suppliers, clients, and agents to better determine and fulfill their business needs. Coifman will also work alongside M. Holland’s corporate Business Development Group, compromised of six key market managers, to develop strategies that facilitate a more integrated approach to international business.

Coifman was previously M. Holland’s Puerto Rico Commercial Manager, where he had sales responsibility for the Caribbean, Central America, and parts of South America. Coifman was President of Tril Export Company and Able International when M. Holland acquired the businesses in 2016. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership, operational, and sales roles at several companies, including Rockwell Automation and Chevron.
Coifman holds a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University, and a Master of Business Administration, International Business from the London Business School.
