Independence Realty Trust Announces First Quarterly Dividend

PHILADELPHIA--()--Independence Realty Trust, Inc. (“IRT”) (NYSE: IRT) today announced that IRT’s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share of IRT common stock, payable on April 20, 2018 to stockholders of record April 4, 2018.

This inaugural quarterly distribution completes IRT’s previously announced transition to a quarterly distribution of cash dividends.
