BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Quorum Health Corporation (NYSE: QHC) announced today that affiliates of the Company completed the transaction for the divestiture of the 70-bed Vista Medical Center West in Waukegan, Illinois and its associated assets, to a subsidiary of US HealthVest, LLC. The transaction was effective as of 12:00:01 AM Central Standard Time on March 1, 2018. All net proceeds will be used to pay down the Term Loan Facility.
