SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Andersen Tax welcomes Brandon Nett as a Managing Director in the Seattle office and will join the firm’s Commercial Practice group. Brandon has extensive experience in consulting with clients on accounting for income taxes and other domestic and foreign tax matters. He has specific experience in mergers and acquisitions and has specialized tax experience in the technology, healthcare and mining industries.

Prior to Andersen Tax, Brandon was a Tax Partner at Grant Thornton in Seattle and led their West Region M&A tax services practice. Before Grant Thornton, he worked at PwC in Phoenix.

Brandon received his Master of Taxation from Arizona State University and his Bachelor’s degree from University of Washington.
