COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Simple Recovery, (www.simplerecovery.com) a Joint Commission accredited provider of in-network addiction treatment in Orange County, CA is proud to announce an extension of their current, detox, residential and outpatient services to include a new Evening Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program. This extension has been carefully designed and implemented to increase accountability, recognize and adapt needs, and reduce relapse rates while assisting individuals in the process of family and community reintegration. Simple Recovery, a member of New Vista Behavioral Health’s family of treatment centers is located in the Southern California coastal communities of Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach.
The Evening Outpatient Program treats the disease of addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders in a creative and understanding manner by integrating a multimodal treatment approach with balanced and focused attention on each individual’s needs and goals. Its primary purpose is to create a program that highlights daily life areas that are in need of change and build a treatment plan that provides a clear and tangible pathway to meet those goals.
Adam Swanson, LMFT and Clinical Director of Simple Recovery states, “While education and understanding are vastly important, it will always fall short if clients are not getting the opportunity to apply the skills and insight they are gaining in real-time while in treatment. Learning how to live in recovery is the overarching theme of our outpatient program.”
In addition to the Evening Outpatient Program, two invaluable clinical services have been added to Simple Recovery’s outpatient program: Occupational therapy and WeConnect Recovery monitoring. The Occupational Therapy Program focuses on the restoration of functional skills and abilities to help clients’ complete necessary tasks through the therapeutic use of everyday activities that occupy their time, while WeConnect Recovery will enhance and help maintain the connections made in treatment and extend them into aftercare. This mobile app allows clients to manage a routine, stay connected to their recovery community, and track their progress. A program with incentives and rewards is included that builds confidence and self-esteem through the practice of healthy living.
Together these outpatient services create therapeutic support and a reintegration process for everyday living that has been severely disrupted by addiction.
