CBL Properties Announces Plans to Bring New Dining Options to Two Properties as Part of Redevelopment Projects

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.--()--CBL Properties (NYSE: CBL) today announced plans to add new dining options as part of the redevelopment of two former Sears Auto Centers. The redevelopments will deliver fresh new eateries at both Volusia Mall in Daytona Beach, Florida, and Northgate Mall in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Construction on both projects will begin in March with an expected opening this fall.

Bonefish Grill, Metro Diner, and The Casual Pint will join the mix at Volusia Mall. Additional tenants planned as part of the project will be announced as leases are executed.

Northgate Mall will welcome Tennessee-based Aubrey’s as well as Panda Express as part of the redevelopment.
