APPLETON, Wis. & BRAINERD, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mills Fleet Farm, a Midwestern, value-based retailer of lifestyle merchandise serving active, outdoor families and suburban and farm consumers, announced that Michael Schwindle has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”).
Mr. Schwindle was most recently CFO at Payless Shoe Source, and previously held CFO positions at both Harry & David and Musician’s Friend, a subsidiary of Guitar Center. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP with roles in both the auditing and consulting arms of the firm. He has also held financial and operational leadership roles at Home Depot, Limited Brands, and The Longaberger Company. He earned a Bachelor’s degree and MBA from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
