DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Balfour Beatty has announced executive leadership updates, including the promotion of Leon Blondin to chief executive officer of U.S. buildings operations and the promotion of John Rempe, PE, to president and chief executive officer of U.S. civils operations.
