(“FTSI”) (NYSE: FTSI) announced today that the underwriters of its previously announced initial public offering exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 2,925,000 shares of common stock from FTSI at the public offering price of $18.00 per share, less the underwriting discount. The sale of the additional shares is expected to close on February 8, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.
The option to purchase additional shares was granted to the underwriters in connection with FTSI’s initial public offering of 19,500,000 shares of common stock, of which 15,151,516 shares were sold by FTSI and 4,384,484 shares were sold by a selling stockholder. The initial public offering closed on February 6, 2018.
